The Role
This is not a traditional growth role. We are looking for someone who has worked at the intersection of AI consulting and product-led growth: someone who understands how enterprises and fast-moving startups evaluate and adopt AI infrastructure, and can design acquisition and activation loops that speak to that sophistication.
You will own growth strategy, experiment relentlessly, and work across content, partnerships, community, and product to drive top-of-funnel through activation.
What You'll Do
Design and execute multi-channel growth experiments (SEO, community, content, partnerships, paid) targeting AI-native developers and technical founders
Build the GTM narrative that positions CreateOS as the definitive agentic deployment infrastructure layer
Develop content and thought leadership that educates the market: comparison guides, deployment benchmarks, AI infra explainers
Partner with DevRel and Sales to build self-serve onboarding funnels that convert free users to Pro at benchmark-beating rates
Run competitive intelligence cycles and use them to refine positioning (vs. Vercel, Railway, Render)
Design and run the #BuildItNow community flywheel: events, challenges, ambassador programs
Identify and activate strategic distribution partnerships (AI tool ecosystems, YC network, coding bootcamps, developer communities globally)
Build growth dashboards and own core metrics: activation rate, MQL-to-SQL, CAC, LTV
Leverage AI agents for content production, SEO automation, and outreach at a scale that would be impossible manually
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
4 to 7 years in a growth, marketing, or strategy role, with at least 2 years in AI consulting, AI product, or enterprise AI adoption
Deep understanding of how AI tools get evaluated and purchased by technical teams
Experience building PLG funnels (free tier to paid conversion) at developer-focused companies
Data-driven: you run experiments, measure everything, and kill ideas that do not work
Exceptional written communication; can write for both a developer audience and a C-suite audience
Strong Plus:
Consulting background (Big 4, McKinsey, Accenture tech practice, or boutique AI consultancy)
Experience activating global developer communities across diverse markets
Familiarity with MCP, LLM deployment patterns, or AI-native application architecture
Prior experience at a Series A to C devtools or infra startup
