CreateOS is a unified execution environment that takes ideas from concept to live deployment and monetization in a single workflow. We're replacing the 15+ fragmented tools developers juggle today with one end-to-end platform for building, deploying, and scaling applications, no DevOps required.

We power 150+ templates and 50,000+ deployments across frameworks from Next.js to Rust, backed by managed databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), message queues (Kafka), caching (Valkey), and GPU computing for AI/ML workloads.

The Role

We're hiring a Sales Manager to help scale CreateOS and support the growth of other services offered by NodeOps. This role is suited for someone with strong, proven experience in hardcore sales — comfortable being on the ground, meeting prospects, building relationships, understanding real business problems, and converting conversations into revenue.

We need someone who is proactive, execution-focused, commercially sharp, and capable of creating momentum through direct outreach, relationship-building, and solution-led sales.

What You'll Do

Drive business development and sales for CreateOS as the primary focus, along with other NodeOps services

Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential customers, partners, and decision-makers

Understand customer pain points and business workflows in depth to position the right NodeOps solution

Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and outreach to meetings, follow-ups, pipeline building, and closures

Build and maintain a strong network in Bengaluru and relevant business ecosystems

Generate qualified opportunities that translate into revenue growth

Share customer feedback, objections, and market insights with the internal team

Track progress against clear KPIs, sales metrics, and revenue targets

Contribute actively to scaling market presence and business traction for NodeOps offerings

You Might Be a Fit If You Have

3–4 years of solid experience in hardcore sales

Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, SaaS, technology solutions, or startup ecosystem sales

Strong self-motivation and execution discipline

Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

Ability to understand business problems and sell solutions, not just products

Comfort with field-based sales, in-person meetings, outreach, and follow-through

Strong ownership mindset with focus on outcomes and revenue

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Bengaluru-based candidates preferred
