Marketing

Start here: the brand voice skill

Before building any marketing agent, create one skill and attach it to all of them.

# Acme brand voice

TONE
- Direct and warm. Confident, never boastful.
- Short sentences. One idea per sentence.

WORDS WE DO NOT USE
- leverage, synergy, revolutionary, game changing, seamless, unlock

RULES
- Address the reader as "you".
- Lead with the outcome, not the feature.
- One call to action per piece.
- Numbers under ten as words, ten and above as digits.
- Never claim a benchmark we have not published.

Invented claimsKeep every approved claim in the knowledge base and instruct the agent to use only those.
Legal wordingInstruct the agent to reproduce disclaimers verbatim, and review before publishing.
Nothing publishes itselfGive write access to drafting destinations only. A human presses publish.
CostCopy generation is high volume. Test a smaller model first and check the difference in the sandbox.
