Marketing
Marketing agents succeed or fail on one thing: whether the output sounds like
your brand. That is a skills problem, not a model problem.
Start here: the brand voice skill
Before building any marketing agent, create one skill and attach it to all of
them.
# Acme brand voice
TONE
- Direct and warm. Confident, never boastful.
- Short sentences. One idea per sentence.
WORDS WE DO NOT USE
- leverage, synergy, revolutionary, game changing, seamless, unlock
RULES
- Address the reader as "you".
- Lead with the outcome, not the feature.
- One call to action per piece.
- Numbers under ten as words, ten and above as digits.
- Never claim a benchmark we have not published.

Governance for marketing
Concern Setup Off brand output One shared brand voice skill on every agent, owned by one person. Invented claims Keep every approved claim in the knowledge base and instruct the agent to use only those. Legal wording Instruct the agent to reproduce disclaimers verbatim, and review before publishing. Nothing publishes itself Give write access to drafting destinations only. A human presses publish. Cost Copy generation is high volume. Test a smaller model first and check the difference in the sandbox.
