Illustrative example
The Callow Road design releases for construction: 2.9 km of trench, 46 handholes, two crossings. The agent builds the bill of materials against the catalog, shows the cable slack allowance on its own line, and raises two flags: a vault symbol on sheet 3 with no catalog part, and a conduit quantity 210 m short of the routed length. The design engineer resolves both before procurement sees the list.
