What It Does
The agent answers from your approved internal documentation, cites the source, and scopes answers by role. Where the documentation is silent, it says so. Every query is logged.Without it: New engineers spend weeks learning CAD interfaces, GIS layers, automation scripts, and internal procedures before they work efficiently.
- Cites the section and its revision date, so guidance written years ago reads as such
- Role comes from your identity provider, so a clearance change lands on the next question
- Where a standard and a regional supplement conflict, it returns both and says so
- Questions with no documented answer route to the owning team, unanswered
Illustrative example
A new engineer asks what fill ratio applies to a 100 mm duct carrying three subducts. The agent answers from Standards section 7.4, revised in March, and returns the regional supplement beside it because that district sets a lower figure, rather than picking one. On the follow-up about which governs, it reports nothing documented and names the standards owner to ask; both questions sit in the query log.
