What It Does
The agent reads each revision request off the permitting portal, works out which plan sheets and reports it invalidates, regenerates them from the report templates, and flags what the review cycle does to the project schedule. A person confirms the package before it is resubmitted.Without it: Authorities request revisions across several review cycles. Each one means updating documents, regenerating reports, and resubmitting by hand.
- Splits the request into drawing changes and items needing only a written reply
- Names the reviewer's comment number beside every sheet and report it marks invalid
- Marks comments repeated from an earlier cycle as still unresolved
- The invalidation list is recorded against the permit; the document store is read, never written
Illustrative example
Cycle 3 comes back on permit APP-19-0774 with eleven comments. The agent maps eight of them onto plan sheets 4, 5 and 9, names each comment number against the sheet it lands on, routes the other three as written-response items, and flags that two dependent construction tasks now sit past their baseline start. The project engineer regenerates the sheets and decides what goes back to the reviewer.
