An Entrepreneur Shipped a Full-Stack Affiliate Platform in Hours
Backend services, a database, messaging queues, and scheduled jobs. Built and deployed across the full lifecycle in one session.
The Problem
Affiliate marketing works as a growth channel. Building the platform from scratch is harder. You need affiliate registration, unique referral links, conversion tracking, payout logic, and the background jobs to keep all of it running. Backend services need to talk to each other, the database has to track relationships between businesses and affiliates and conversions, and the deployment pipeline has to hold up under load.
For a founder who wants to ship, that's a barrier. Hiring a team adds cost and coordination. Building it solo without good tooling is months of work. The business case was clear; the path from concept to deployed MVP wasn't.
The Build
CreateOS handled the full backend in one deployment flow. The architecture, the database schema, the queue logic, the cron jobs. Kalash described what he wanted; we configured the rest.
The output: a complete full-stack application, live in a few hours. He directed product decisions while we absorbed the infrastructure work. Version one of Justref is now in active refinement, with a public launch on CreateOS planned in the coming weeks.
“Building a product in just four to five hours is not a joke. The speed and the quality were genuinely impressive. Everything was smooth, clear and well executed.”
Kalash Vasaniya
Highlights
- Full affiliate program infrastructure built and deployed in a few hours
- Backend services, database, messaging queues, and scheduled jobs configured in one flow
- Deployed on CreateOS with no separate DevOps setup
- Version one is live; refining ahead of public launch
Builder profile
Kalash is an entrepreneur building in affiliate marketing. He came in with a clear product concept and knew what it would cost technically: a backend-heavy app with a database, messaging queues, scheduled jobs. The kind of build that usually needs a dev team or a lot of DevOps. The session came together five days after a chance meeting at an airport.
