Task Management, Workload Organization
CreateOS
What it delivers
Six tools (Trello, Notion, Todoist, Figma, others) replaced by one custom app
Tasks with priority, status, notes, and image attachments in one view
Built, named, and deployed to a live URL within one session
No prior coding experience required
Stefania runs the graphics department at TAC. The company handles the full pre-CRM pipeline: events, customer acquisition, brand alignment, the visual work that holds it together. Her day spans social media, design, site management, and cross-team coordination. She isn't a developer and had never built or deployed an app before this session.
What got in the way.
Running a creative department means juggling design requests, deadlines across projects, briefs that come in with reference images, and status updates that more than one person needs to see. Stefania had stitched together a workaround: Trello for tasks, Notion for notes, Todoist for reminders, Figma occasionally as a mood board. It worked. But four to six tabs to figure out the day created its own friction, and none of them talked to each other.
What she actually wanted was narrower: one place to log a task, set a priority, attach a reference image, mark it in-progress or done, and see active deadlines in one view. That tool didn't exist off the shelf for her workflow. Building it from scratch wasn't a realistic option for someone without engineering chops.
How we shipped it.
We took the workflow description in plain language and turned it into a deployable app. When the first build needed image attachments, the change shipped through the same conversation and showed up in the interface seconds later.
Once it matched the workflow, CreateOS deployed it through GitHub as TACboard. It now runs the daily workload across the department and stays editable as the requirements shift.
I thought it would be much more difficult. Even a person like me, who does not understand the creation or programming of sites, is very facilitated by this. I'm sure my work has been organised much better.
