What It Does
The agent finds relevant authority, summarizes the holdings, and cites each source. Nothing is asserted without a link a lawyer can check.Without it: Open-ended research is hard to scope and harder to trust when answers arrive without a clear chain back to authority.

Illustrative example

The agent returns the authorities with the holding on each, marks one as distinguished in a 2024 decision, surfaces a 2023 firm memo arguing the same point, and reports nothing on point for the sub-question about interest. The associate reads the pin cites before any of it goes into advice.
