What It Does
The agent answers from your approved policies and cites the passage, scoped by role. Where policy is silent, it says so.Without it: Teams interrupt compliance with the same questions, and answers vary depending on who you ask.

- Checks the asker's group in the identity provider before returning a restricted policy
- Quotes clause number and effective date alongside the answer, not a paraphrase
- Questions the library cannot answer collect as gaps for the policy owner
Illustrative example
A sales engineer asks in a support channel whether customer log exports can go to a personal laptop. The agent answers with clause 6.3 of the Data Handling Policy, effective 14 March, quotes the passage, and notes that the policy addresses managed devices only. The part about personal devices is not covered, so it goes to the policy owner as a logged gap, and the engineer decides what to do with clause 6.3 in hand.
