Fabric Defect Detection

Spot fabric defects on the line in real time, with every flag logged for quality review.

What It Does

The agent watches the line, flags defects as they appear, and logs each one with an image for the quality team to confirm.Without it: Manual inspection misses defects at line speed, and bad rolls reach customers before anyone notices.

  • Flags by defect type, hole, slub, stain or weft bar, not a generic fault
  • Records the meter position on the roll so the flag can be located again
  • Frames it cannot call go to the queue marked low confidence, not dropped
  • Each flag carries the loom, shift and run number from the execution system

Illustrative example

Roll 4471 on loom 12 runs past the camera and a 3 cm slub registers at meter 218. The flag lands in the quality queue with the frame, the loom, the shift and run 8802 attached. The quality lead opens it, confirms the defect, and decides whether the roll is cut or downgraded.
