What It Does
The agent answers from your approved policies and cites the passage, and checks documents against those policies to flag gaps. Where policy is silent, it says so and a person decides.Without it: Staff ask HR the same policy questions repeatedly, and answers vary depending on who responds, while documents drift out of compliance unnoticed.

Illustrative example
