What It Does

The agent learns normal behavior from sensor and operational data, flags anomalies early, and routes them to maintenance with the supporting signal.Without it: Unplanned downtime is expensive, and fixed maintenance schedules either over-service or miss real wear.

Baselines each asset on its own history, not a fleet average
Flags name the signal, the drift window, and the last comparable run
Assets with a work order already open are suppressed to avoid a duplicate flag
Instrument faults are raised against the sensor, not against the asset

Illustrative example

Vibration on compressor C-3 climbs from a 2.1 mm/s baseline to 4.4 over eleven days while motor current stays flat. The flag reaches the maintenance queue with the eleven-day trace, the asset record, and a note that nothing is open against C-3. The reliability engineer reads it and decides whether the bearing change goes into the next shutdown.
