What It Does
When a contract is executed, the agent pulls its obligations, notice periods, and renewal dates into a register and puts every date on a calendar against a named owner. It messages that owner in chat ahead of each deadline and before every auto-renewal notice window closes.Without it: Obligations and renewals live buried in PDFs, so deadlines get missed and auto-renewals slip through.

Illustrative example
MSA-1184 with a logistics provider auto-renews on 1 September and needs 90 days' notice to stop. On 2 June the agent messages the named owner in Slack with the register entry, the notice clause, and the date the window shuts. The owner decides whether to renegotiate or let it roll, and serves any notice themselves.
